Finley’s Cafe & Sandwich Bar

Stopped for mid-morning coffee and called in for lunch after our walk to Horseshoe falls. Coffee and lunch were both excellent. Friendly staff, excellent service, food arrived promptly and was very tasty and fresh. BLT was crisp. Big breakfast was just right. Good, honest food at a reasonable price. Dog friendly. Well patronised by locals - always a good sign. We'll be back

One of the nicest cafes I’ve been to.
The food and service was impeccable and the view of Llangollen across the bridge from the upstairs window was lovely. Thoroughly recommended.

Just had lunch at Finley’s after walking round Llangollen looking at places to eat, what a great choice 5*
Lovely coffee cake and a tasty burger as well as a lovely strawberry milk shake. They even made up a special chicken meal as my wife couldn’t eat the chicken burger as she needs a gluten free meal.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend 👍

I always go to Finley’s for my breakfast when I’m in Llangollen. Lovey place, spotlessly clean and the staff are always so friendly, excellent menu and are always happy to assist in choosing a delicious breakfast.
The view from upstairs is amazing, you won’t find anywhere else to enjoy delicious food with a view anywhere else.
I highly recommend you pay a visit when in Llangollen.

Had the Finley's big breakfast and it was lovely, fresh and decently sized portions. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Prices were very good, typical of the town's setting with comfortable seating.
They take card or cash and have a takeaway next door which is reasonably busy and smells divine.

Will return again in the future.

Charming coffee & sandwich place but with an extension into next door - so now sandwich bar and sit down cafe too.

Opens nice and early, generous and tasty breakfast and maybe the best coffee in the area.

Upstairs afford amazing views of the Dee!

Excellent customer service, the staff were lovely. I had the hot chocolate which was rich and chocolaty. My partner had a coffee which he enjoyed too. The Finley's breakfast was the best breakfast we've eaten out. Very good quality food including plum tomatoes! Instead of half of a salad tomato like you get elsewhere.
Perfect location near the town centre, bus stop, river and pubs. Easy access to Dinas Bran Castle walk. Dog friendly too. Certainly recommend this place for the best hot drinks and cooked breakfast.
