Very popular cafe,packed when we were there,didn't try any food but the cappuccino was lovely and hot(other Establishments please take note)Cheers,K

Good coffee and snacks but pretty dull staff and uninspiring environment.

Well, there really should be a star for value for money, but I expect John Lewis are glad there isn't. I ordered the Christmas Crumble slice to go with my mocha. I wish I hadn't bothered. You'll see by the photo I've tried to give any example of the size by using a teaspoon and a block/satchet of butter to show what you get for £2.95 and yes it's a teaspoon, not a tablespoon or a serving spoon, a teaspoon. I've had bigger sample pieces of cake while walking around craft stalls/markets than this slice was. When my wife questioned the staff member, they said this is the size it's cut to, but the other selection of cakes were larger, the size you'd expect from a cafe. On a positive note, we did buy a nice dinner service from the store, and the lady that served us went above and beyond "Top Notch"

Very friendly staff, we had chicken laksa soup and mushroom soup both were very tasty, good temperature and a very decent amount with a slice of bread, with a pot of tea was good value

Great place to relax with a nice piece of cake and hot chocolate. Heavenly!

Good coffee but food poor and not value for money. Unlikely to return

The coffee is lovely, as is some of the rolls I've had, but they are dreadful if you are struggling to order if you are in pain
