Wonderful little tea shop! We stopped in Conwy on a cruise shore excursion. I have to say this little shop is one of my favorite places we stopped at on the trip.
The scones and tea were fantastic and very reasonably priced. It was clean and the service was very friendly. The shop was adorably decorated. If you find yourself in Conwy, I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place but miserable and rude lady serving too much trouble to look up and smile. I asked for alternative milk as I'm dairy intolerant but she said no one ever has so I chuck it away. The panins tasted mouldy and the bread for the sandwiches was stale, definitely will be not returning.

Cafe is on the car park for Conwy Castle and has lovely views when sitting outside in the sunshine, the staff are quite honestly a little rude and unfriendly. Waited about 10 minutes before the gentleman acknowledged me even though I was standing literally in front of him, when he took my order he was a bit snippy. The lady bringing the order couldn't crack a smile despite how pleasent we were to her, the coffee was nice though, Welsh cakes were poor and I make better myself at home! We cleared the table for the staff, shouldn't have bothered as they didn't even look up to say thank you.

New owners as of Jan - lovely couple who make a great coffee! (Faring from Australia we are picky.) scones and cakes fresh, tasty, well priced. Had a lovely chat with them - made our visit to Conwy very pleasant! Lovely position under the castle.

Stopped for tea and cake after leaving the castle. Had scones with cream and jam and tea cakes was very nice. We are regulars at the castle and will be back. Thank you.
