Dunelm Pausa Cafe

Used to be a good place for a coffee. The last few months you can never be served. Waiting 20mins one time. Only ever one person serving. Seems enough staff but usually in the back not wanting to serve.

A lovely place to meet friends for lunch and coffee. Very friendly staff and really tasty food make this a great place to visit.

On a Wednesday morning I was waited over 10 minutes before I was served. With dairy and soy allergy they didn't offer me much help. Really disappointed

Short elder woman served me with such an arrogant attitude all because I asked if their hot chocolate came with marshmallows. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN....if shes the manager god help them! she needs customer service training or the sack....

Served by a young man who was so polite and enthusiastic! So nice, absolutely made my day. He was really nice and really made people feel good. Good price, super cheap and yummy! Look forward to going again

Service is absolutely dire. 3 staff not able to cope even though there are empty tables. Meals coming in spasms and drinks arriving later. Dont do it peeps. 30 mins for a coffee. 4 tables waiting to be served

Lovely coffee, good value. Cafe is spotlessly clean. Very present staff.

Very busy today don't know if it like that at all times quick service.
