Long wait for this delicious fish and chips but getting to eat it on the beach just made it that much better.

If your going at lunch time they'll probably be a queue. We did have to wait 40 minutes and on ordering they were out of large fish, bummer but they did fry some more.

Another 15 minutes later we finally had our Fish and Chips, and oh man it was worth the wait. Lovely and crispy, not too oily, fish was soft and not chewy. Wish they had Irish Curry Sauce back in England, the taste is just more flavoursome.

These guys are the kings and queens of fish and chips. Great prices and great food. Really enjoyed it and thank you for making a plus point of our trip because a trip to the beach must have fish and chips.

O'Sheas fish and chips!! Wow!! Possibly the best chip shop curry sauce I've ever had. Great fish and chips too! Not the best I've had, but good, and with that curry sauce, nailed the lot. Very tasty.

Went there on Sunday mid day. Ordered cod and chips for 8.50 and a coffee. They told me due to staff shortage no coffee. Ok. Whilst we were waiting the girl who said that did nothing. She could have easily made a coffee. Food was brought out to us. Chips gorgeous but was stunned with the so called cod. Buffed up with batter but only had slithers of cod in there . Both ends were only batter. Nothing like the amazing cod that i used to get. Guess Cod now is a no no at a chippy as they don't make money out of it. Then found most cod came from Russia. Can't blame the chippy thinking so many chippies will go out of business coz of the cost of Cod

Beautiful fish, crisp to the taste and absolutely banging ketchup sachets. Will be popping down every saturday to see my favourite workers making my usual regular fish and chips, love it!

While there was a queue for O'Shea's when we went at noon, it was by far the fastest-moving of all the nearby fish and chip shops. Once we placed our order, we only had to wait about 5 minutes for our food.

My husband and I each had a small fish and chips. The portions were generous and we both struggled to finish. The fish was delicious with a lovely crispy batter and the chips were perfectly cooked. Our meals were piping hot and freshly made. Would definitely recommend!

I waited in an hour long line for "Barry Islands" best fish and chips. It was over fried as per the picture, the fish tasted frozen and was extremely chewy. The chips were solid as the clams in the sea. After waiting an hour the large cod and chips "ran out" which was annoying especially after waiting such a long time..... The long wait was not worth it, the reason for the three stars is because the Curry Sauce was honestly the best I have ever had :) Not worth the hype unless you want sore feet for curry sauce!
