Can't beat a Sue's brekky. Always cooked nicely. Staff helpful & friendly too. Best value in the Swansea area! :)

Saw the pictures online and thought we'd give it a try as it looked good. The experience didn't match if I'm honest.

If you can count the chips on your plate it's not a good start. I got exactly 9 on a large breakfast (£6). That's probably fine if you have the mushrooms and black pudding (large is 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, fried bread, mushrooms, black pudding and beans or tomatoes) but I didn't so my plate looked fairly empty. We also had free tea. One was a good colour, the other was dishwater colour, both were really weak upon drinking. Really weirdly, one of my sausages was fine, the other one tasted like floral cleaner or perfume. I actually had to stop eating it.

I got my breakfast first and they said the mini for my son was coming. I'd actually finished mine before my son's turned up so I lost a good chunk of my breakfast to him as I couldn't leave him sitting there with nothing. They did apologise verbally.

The place is really busy with workies who seem to be here often so my not returning probably won't make a difference but I won't be. I've just finished a large brekkie and I'm probably going to get a sandwich in greggs as I'm still hungry.

Here, you will find, good friendly service, together with well proportioned meals served in a clean medium size cafe. Prices are very competitive, excellent value.

Lovely breakfast, amazing value and friendly atmosphere. They've also always made a fuss of the kids who also love the food, so they always see a visit to Sue's as a treat
