Lovely tea garden, lovely carrot cake and lemon meringue. Made even more enjoyable as they had decaf tea which I usually get a "no" to! Staff friendly and clean toilets! I recommend.

Good location, a fair amount of outdoor seating, tasty cake and decent tea. Was open til five when we visited yesterday (a Sunday in August) so it made a great stop on the ride home from the Strata Florida trail.

Excellent.... best cheese and onion sandwich and chutney on malted bread I've had in ages. It's a must before the season ends...👍🏻Well done Woodlands Tea Room Team.

Burger doesn't come with chips at £6.50 for cheap plain bun frozen burger bacon and slice of cheese
Panini bread taste like stale toasted brown bread and salad consisting of quater lettuce leaf small slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber
Very Poor quality at Restaurant prices.

Fantastic service. Ordered full English and was not disappointed! Fantastic breakfast. Bacon was the best and fried mushrooms were excellent.

Always have a friendly service and lovely food here
