Arrived at 15.40 on a Friday to be told that we could only have toast or teacake. They close at 17.00! Settled for toast and requested it be well done - it wasn't. Tesco need to look at how other large food chains serve their customers! I take my mum and part of her shopping day includes using the cafe. I won't be returning to Tesco.

Tesco cafes are good! The staff are lovely. The fish and chips are superb! The tea is in good quality pots.No wonder that they get busy.

Lovely food , always clean and spacious.
Lady preparing and serving food and meals was so lovely , fantastic customer service , polite and smiling.
But the lady on the till and making hot drinks has room for improvement, she was miserable looking , spoke rudely to members of her team, speaking down to them, communication skills poor and didn't speak to customers exactly nice either, she either needs to improve or find another job , anyone would think she was chewing a wasp. This was 11am Thursday.

Over priced and not the best quality but better than some other supermarket cafes. :)

Good food and service however ,no brown sauce available? This is a superstore for goodness sake! Surely they have some in the shop!

Cafe shuts at 5 was told at 4:15 they wouldn’t be making anymore food, member of staff with blonde hair was rude, aggressive and unapologetic

Long wait to be served and for food to arrive despite not being that full. When food arrived was cold and disappointing as nothing like as advertised. Would have been better off buying a sandwich from in store instead. Tables were dirty as was the floor. Tables left uncleared

The worst supermarket cafe I have ever been to. 2pm in the afternoon and they can't serve any breakfast meals because they've run out of ingredients. No teaspoons or stirrers, two empty bottles of ketchup and a half-full bottle of mayo between 50 tables. Grumpy staff, long wait for food, overpriced coffee. The list goes on and on. Spare yourself the horror, just don't go here.
