I have a amazing experience when I was in store this week, I was walking around doing some shopping for the house and a lovely retail lady came over called Cerys Jenkins, I showed her the colour scheme of my house and kitchen and she did amazing job of helping me pick items to match the colour scheme and everything I bought that day matches so perfectly.. just want to say a HUGE!! THANK YOU to Cerys Jenkins for your AMAZING customer service !!

Visited the Leekes restaurant in the kitchen department for a coffee. Finally got served as flustered staff were sorting out an error on someone's bill, one of the staff was moaning, saying they have had enough.Anyway had my bill for the REGULAR latte....£3.50....Really, Gobsmacked...Cafe Nero charge £3.10 for a large coffee.. These prices have shot up... I mentioned it to the young lady who served me who said, " yes, I'm embarressed....The coffee was lovely however...Hard to digest these prices whilst watching rain water plop in to one of the many buckets !!

Arrived at 14:45 on a Saturday afternoon. All that was on offer was cake and liquid refreshment, the young lady although pleasant and polite seemed very keen to just do her cleaning up as the so called cafe was closing in 3/4 of an hour. My wife asked for a toasted tea cake, she was told that they weren't available as it was too late in the day , but in the background was a fridge full of tea cakes with a very clean toaster parked next to it . Would it have been too much effort to put a tea cake in the toaster? I'm sorry but I won't be bothering to climb the stairs to the mezzanine again.

Took my mother there for a light lunch,we had a toastie and cold drink each.It came to nearly 21 pounds!the toastie was very average with a bit of lettuce, cucumber and unripened tomatoe on the side,no crisps or dressing..come on Leekes you are ripping people off.The service on the other hand was great, lovely girl on till who looked embarrassed at the amount. 2 stars are for the service alone.

Went to the cafe today and had a piece of rainbow cake....extremely dry.....no taste whatsoever.....extremely disappointed as it was £3.95 a slice. Went to complain to the staff but cafe had shut down and no-one in sight to complain to. Certainly not worth the money HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!

Was lovely to sit in the sunshine, have a bite to eat and drink a cuppa before heading back to the ground floor and shopping

Slow service, not a good cup of coffee, but good Covid percautions, and it was a Sunday.
