Morrisons Cafe

Morrisons have a special offer of half price meals Thursday to Sunday. They have social distancing in place. Sadly, they did not have a lot of what was on the menu. Good points, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Bad point, we had to wait extremely long for our meals to arrive. When they did arrive, the cutlery was dirty and lots of items were missing. Task, spot the onion rings! We could not find them and we were there!!!

Give them a 0 if I could it was that bad! All my food was cold, didn’t even give me my hot drink :( bacon was basically raw just full of fat and cold, won’t be ordering from here again! Right let down

I went to for the breakfast they serve me after 25 minutes they serve me not the breakfast I ordered called me a liar I have it on live stream I didn't get the breakfast I ordered and paid for to say I'm happy as I'm the least I have nothing for money I paid for the ultimate breakfast but I did not get the ultimate breakfast I also had security guards threatening

Scrambled egg, beans, and mushrooms were cold.

Morrisons breakfast used to be a great option, especially when it included a drink. It was never gourmet food but the price was good and the food was fine.
I feel like since the pandemic the standard has gone down dramatically and the cost has risen significantly. I've paid nearly £9 for breakfast and had to leave half of the breakfast it was that bad.

The manager was friendly though and seemed to take on board my feedback.

Waste of time, no “all day breakfasts” available at 1pm. 40 minute wait for any hot food whist the cafe is half empty, and the staff seem to think I’m this is perfectly ok. No wonder it’s not full.

Called in for the breakfast. It was quickly served and was very tasty. Service was efficient and with a smile. Thanks

Absolutely awful, I had a small breakfast, couldn't eat it, it was cold, over cooked or like it had been sitting on a hotplate all morning, the plate swimming in oil, it was tasteless and the food was basically inedible, I didn't even want to give it a star rating but had to so I could post the review

Poor customer service.

Staff walk past customers and clean tables and don't acknowledge people waiting.

When we asked for cups we had to wait for 20 minutes so ended up using takeout cups.

Only person who seemed to be working is the guy cooking.
