Morrisons Cafe

Had the meat free breakfast, very good and under 4 quid. Coffee was ok even if it came from a machine but prob over priced at £1.50. place was clean and tidy and we'll lit with natural light from the large windows. Overall very pleased.

The kids enjoy it, prices reasonable. Had the worlds tiniest portion of smoked salmon pasta, considering there was only little shreds of actual salmon. Other menu items usually generous portions. Someone must have had the other half of my meal.

Staff were lovely, really kind & helpful. The cafe looked really clean & everything Was put away. The food & Drinks were tasty. The only problem was that there were no clean trays anywhere. Aside from that, excellent.

Ordered our meals, paid and sat down. To be told they didn't have what I had ordered and suggested I have something I didn't want. I got my meal refunded. Another visit I ordered the all day breakfast to have it served swamped in baked beans all over everything. Very poor

Go there every week for a cuppa and a catch up. The tables are always dirty or full of rubbish ,cups and cutlery are always stained coffee or chocolate machines are either empty or not working when mentioned to customer service they just say will report this but we haven't seen any improvements this has been going on for months

The food wasn't bad and the staff weren't unfriendly but the whole place is disorganised and poorly managed. The wait times are ridiculous and the staff are running round with little directionvleaving tables uncleared and orders forgotten ... quite disappointing, won't be going back

This is the main cafe.
For a while it has been understaffed but even when staffed the service is dismal.
The self service option is poor and open to fraud. Waiting for 15 mins for someone to fill the coffee macine at 1200 is not ok.

The service is awful, not that you could even call it 'service' as the staff barely say a word. No instructions on where or how to get a coffee after we ordered it. Once we asked how to get our drinks we were told cups are on the stand, most of the cups were dirty, you could see other people picking up the cups and putting them back because they were dirty. So people are allowed to touch all the cups but yet there is no condiments out the front due to covid...
Staff have no manners, and can't even get a thank you, you are just greeted with someone chewing gum in your face.
Food was barely edible although we only had a bacon sandwich. The sandwich arrived by the lady who just put it on the table with nothing said again. wasn't cut but no knives or napkins or any condiments given or offered so again had to ask.
No masks worn my staff except one were she decided to wear it below her nose.
Very disappointing.
