Visited this cafe recently and met the most miserable woman behind the counter. She was completely disinterested in serving. We were the only one's inside the cafe. I wonder why. My family and I had to leave as she really couldn't be bothered to serve us. She just slouched across the counter. This woman should not be in hospitality! Rude. Can't rate the food, we didn't get that far!

Really lovely little cafe, ran by a nice lady who was polite and quiet. We've never been to this whole area and just needed breakfast. Great veggie breakfast, no vegan option but she was perfectly happy to leave toast plain and he had beans and mushrooms on toast (:

I visited for an ice cream in the afternoon. The lady was clearing the floors. When I walked in she clearly was not happy with seeing a customer. She was very unpleasant and slamming the freezer door about. The chairs were making a horrific noise from her pulling them along the floor while mopping. She was generally rude and had a bad attitude with me and my kids. She made it very clear with her attitude she wasn't happy that I wanted to pay for the ice creams by card and she gave a sort of huff and for me that was the last straw I just put the ice creams back and told her she had an awful attitude and there was no way we were going to spend another second in her company. My 4 year is screaming and crying at this point. So perhaps you should just think about doing a job where you will not have to be face to face with customers as you clearly are not enjoying your current job.

Not particularly friendly. Breakfast basic. Got glared at when we opened a travel Scrabble set after we ordered some tea and brownie. Closed early. Would not return

Basic breakfast but worth when you are local and hungry.

A nice hidden cafe with good hearty breakfasts. Worth a visit if your in the area. Also has a veg shed with a good selection of local produce.

Fab cafe. Glad to say it hasn't changed in the years we've been going. Still excellent food and service.
