What can I say. Appaling. Attempted to use the cafe for breakfast.
The automatic doors at the entrance were blocked with trolleys of charcoal causing an obstruction.
The cafe uses a self service till which is awful to use.
Every mug had tea stains and were dirty, had to use a takeaway cup!
Breakfast took 35mins to arrive at the table and the order was wrong! Left with a refund and went 6o Starbucks instead!
The only saving grace was the staff were polite and friendly.

Food at fairly low cost and high quality. Staff here is very helpful and nice. There also services for parents with little children with a microwave free to use so you can heat up baby food. Toilets are shared with Morrison supermarket so I would avoid at all cost as those aren't great... Any problems you have is swiftly resolved here. Would recommend.

Firstly I must congratulate the "chef" who put my big daddy breakfast together.... how anyone could cook and successfully remove all flavours,and taste from the 19 items is truly amazing ...the breakfast is a total plate of greasy food ,mostly overcooked ...the doorstop wedge of fried bread could be used as replacement roof tiles (no water would penetrate the grease) and definitely should carry a government health warning, fried eggs limp and dead with not a runny yolk to be seen...the mushrooms were out of a tin and the hash browns looked like rejects from yesterday re warmed...sausage like cardboard nearest likeness L/macs veggie alternative... beans non descriptive and fresh tomato just not right.... my dogs ate the sausages and bacon but genuinely were sick after that .... milky coffee? must have run out of milk coffee was bland lacking some white dairy produce called MILK.... all in all £16 for 2 a good lesson learned......Do not try this it could seriously damage your health....

Came in for a breakfast, first time for a while, it used to be ok pre covid, today though was not impressed, coffee machine area was filthy, once had been served our food was awful, bacon not cooked correctly it looked anemic, the food was luke warm not hot, had to return one plate as there was a long dark hair in the beans, was told it was the over cooked part of the egg, it wasn't it was a long black hair in the beans. Asked if I wanted a refund or another plate of food,as I had meds to take with food, had to have a new plate of food. What came back was cold, and no bacon at all, the staff had a don't care attitude. We gave up at this point. We won't be returning, the place has gone down hill. I've worked in a supermarket kitchen/cafe and this level of food standards, cleanliness and service would not have been tolerated. Had to give 1 star to leave a comment, doesn't deserve that star.

Don't allow you to switch out items you dislike which I can somewhat understand but my meal came out wrong and missing items and wasn't remedied. Bad experience all round.

Sack the manager! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Ordered 2 poached eggs on 2 slices of toast. What arrived after a long wait was 2 plates with 2 slices of toast and 1 poached egg on each. I politely told the waitress that it was not what I ordered. I wasn't given a receipt to be able to check it so the waitress said that she would be able to check on the till. A woman came up to us stating that I had ordered wrong and that it was my fault for ordering 2 portions of toast, with 2 slices of toast being 1 portion. I pointed out that I had not ordered 2 portions of toast but 2 slices. She then decided to raise her voice whilst repeating that I had ordered 2 portions. I said that I would like to speak to a manager to which she replied that she was the manager. She then started telling me slowly that 2 slices of toast is 1 portion. I felt offended that she was insulting my intelligence. The girl that took my order told her that I had asked for 2 slices. She then came back and said that I could have a refund if I wanted. Her half hearted apology was not appreciated after most of the cafe heard everything. It was really embarrassing. Causing such upset over 2 slices of toast that I didn't even order is not good business practise. She is not up to the job!

Stopped of in the cafe for a coffee and cake and used the digital system to order it. The system was easy to use and the coffee and cake were good, at a reasonable price.

Shocking food. Had the ultimate breakfast..it was terrible...left most of it gutted I wasted 9quid (with a tasteless coffee in that price)x2 so 18quid in total...never again
