Costa Coffee Roadchef Pont Abraham

The Pont Abraham services at the end of the M4 near Swansea, Wales have recently been refurbished and have a McDonald's and Costa Coffee, as well as loos and WHSmiths. My son and I stopped there on our way home from Swansea to Milford Haven and enjoyed our coffee and hot snack. I had a cappuccino, which was very good and my son had a latte. We always head for a Costa, our favourite coffee shop, and this one did not disappoint us! A great improvement over the previous cafe!

Friendly staff, once they decide to serve you. I came here today, there were 5 staff members standing around. One was serving, 4 were having a chat in 2 desperate groups. After making me wait for a few minutes one noticed me and asked if I needed any help.... "Yes please!". She seemed surprised. Seems a common trend at any Costa to be honest.

What can you say about this place - its a typical costa in the services but clean and with friendly staff. They don’t always have all the food available so you might be disappointed if you are expecting the usual selection of foods.
The coffee is good - as you would expect from Costa. All in all its a nice place and conveniently located at the beginning/end of the M4 :-)

This is our normal stop when travelling this way, we had 2 regular latte to take on our journey, well I have to be honest it was like drinking a warm coloured milk it was that weak and I normal ask for just one shot in mine. Hopefully next time we come it will be better and we always choose you over macdonalds.

Dire awful tasteless coffee and toasty worst I have ever experienced. Replacement had no coffee taste at all waste of money. Have used this Costa for over 20 year what has happened? New manager? Left coffee 2

Poor opening times . Closes too early for a motorway services ! Need a coffee for a long drive home after work, don't bother , they shut at 4!!!!
