Fantastic place to come and enjoy a cuppa and relaxation after long walk, hiking, fishing, cycling , Geocaching etc. Lots of lovely homemade food and cakes. Coffee machine and alcohol bar. Covers everything. Plenty of tables and sofas. Amazing views all round. Lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Sadly very below average. Coffee is poor quality with clearly milk powder being used (or at least I hope it is). I ordered beans and toast which I could see sat under the heat lamp for a good few minutes which meant my plate was hot but my beans were cold. Wasnt given any instructions on how our food comes out to us. We were give a order number which they shout out to everyone, not a nice way to eat. While eating your breakfast then all you can hear is numbers being shouted down your ear. It's a real shame that this place wasnt any good after looking at the good reviews, will not be returning.

Manager and most staff is friendly, very poor customer service, no respect for the paying customers, very overpriced, food is okay, one staff member is extremely rude and no respect. Would definitely not recommend!

Great walks and bike rides, beautiful place, there is a park a cafe and a campsite.
