Belle Vue Park Tea Rooms

Have been coming to this place for over 3 years and love it. The staff are so friendly and always welcome your dogs and sometimes give them sausages and chicken :). The tea room is so pretty, it's light and airy too and you have a choice to sit inside or outside when the weather's good. Lots of choices of hot and cold beverages, and nice cakes and pastries, the prices are reasonable. Toilet facilities available too just outside of the tea room, plenty of seating available. Normally busiest in early afternoon.

Belle Vue is a beautiful park, great views from the Tea Rooms. We went as part of the Jubilee celebrations, stunning afternoon, live music (not sure who they were but they have great voices), great atmosphere, great company. The weather was also great, pretty perfect afternoon really

I would give zero stars if I could. Disgusting service. The manager Paul was extremely rude to myself and my children. This is not a children friendly environment. I had two small children with me and have never been made to feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome in my life! If you check out the other reviews it seems to be a common trend. Parents with children are made to feel extremely uncomfortable!

Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea here today. The food was absolutely gorgeous especially the tasty chicken sandwiches and bara brith. To be honest we couldn't quite believe how much we got for our money. Only £33 for two and we had loads of beautifully fresh sandwiches with four different fillings. Scones, jam, clotted cream, flapjacks, welsh cakes and lemon and poppyseed cake. We also had two large pots of tea. Even though it was a busy day the service was perfect...such a wonderful team...you exceeded our expectations! Thankyou so much, we will definitely be back!

Jan and her staff are so friendly and have time for everyone even when they are very busy. Afternoon tea is the best afternoon tea my wife and I have ever had, it was far superior to the afternoon tea we had in a well known five star hotel a few weeks ago.

I don't usually post bad reviews and generally we have a good experience at the tearooms. But today was the first time ordering a cooked breakfast. Anyhow, it arrived on the table, it was on a child sized plate, and consisted of 1 1/2 slices of bacon, a sausage with the end chopped off, a hard fried egg and a couple of chopped mushrooms. We had to ask the waitress if this was the children's sized breakfast. The waitress then said we could have paid extra for beans. I have never been anywhere where you order a breakfast and have to pay extra for baked beans. Sorry but this has to be the worst excuse of a cooked breakfast I have ever. The breakfast rolls are very good and you get 2 sausages, 2 bacon and an egg in them, so I do not understand how they can charge 50p more for the cooked breakfast and you essentially end up with less food. Come on belle view tearooms , don't be tight and cook a proper breakfast

We can't give stars for the food. We only had hot drinks. However, a lovely warm atmosphere, full of people enjoying time together on a cold clear day. It was a really nice day for a walk and being able to sit outside and the lovely man fetching our drinks was very pleasant indeed. Will come here more often ❤️

Absolutely fantastic gluten free afternoon tea today. Rest of family also loved it. Friendly, good service and just a great place!
