Lovely big Sunday roast with 3 meats and pudding. Excellent value, enough to feed us for 2 days!

My absolute favourite spot for breakfast! I don't get the chance to visit as much as I'd like as it's quiet far from where I live but always make time when I can! They offer a wide range of selection and also cater as best they can for vegetarians. My favourite item jas to be tue bubble and squeak when it's available. The staff and owner are always very polite and helpful. The cafe itself is very easy to access as it's just of one of the main roads leading into Newport itself. Parking can be a little awkward but along as you don't mind a small walk you'll be just fine. I'd highly recommended trying for yourself.

Absolutely fantastic. Great to see that there is still a greasy spoon cafe in town. Food brilliant prices brilliant atmosphere brilliant need I say any more.

Burnt greasy and cold toast paid for a breakfast I didn't eat.. and as a builder I know all the best breakfast spots around South wales this one didn't make the cut unfortunately

First time visiting this place with my little boy while we were waiting for my car to pass MOT and it was lovely! Breakfast was really nice, everyone was so friendly and so reasonably priced compared to other cafes. Will definitely return.

A proper, local caff, but better, with a traditional menu cooked how you want. I had a traditional English breakfast with a couple of changes, which was absolutely spot on.

I have been using Fanny's restaurant for a year now me and my mum we enjoy the food especially my mum she loves going there to see the owner the owner is very caring Lady I wish her very well in the future
