Starbucks drive thru

Coffee tastes disgusting and had to bin it due to the staff just messing about and not taking their job seriously. Perhaps they need retraining? I will be making a complaint to head office coz they also messed up my wife’s Frappuccino to the point where it tasted like dishwater. Get a grip Starbucks and sort your baristas out

Starbucks really need get better staff or at the very least get them trained properly. Won't be coming back again.

This is a brilliant Starbucks our dog loves going in for a small cream. Rosie starts barking from outside and when in side Rosie just dog and people watch.

Pleasant staff but the drive thru is very slow. Took 20 minutes today, making me unexpectedly late for something.

When approaching till, I waited to be noticed for a while, but nothing. So had to get the attention of the girls working there, all having a chat.
When I got served girl was friendly, although didn't know if the hot chocolate was vegetarian friendly or not and had to ask someone else.
I asked about the Starbucks card, she also had to ask someone else, who them self's did not know how it worked properly.
Also no one knew what cakes were vegetarian, if any.
When receiving my drink, it came in a takeout cup, with no lid. As sitting in I expected an actual mug. When my friend got hers, she was given a cup. Not sure what happened there?
Hot chocolate OK, not the best I have had. Not enough milk, had to ask for more. Looked more like coffee.

Place is a joke. No cash accepted, last time we will ever use a starbucks

Girl so busy chatting to her mate, she wasn't watching what she was doing. Waving the card scanner so I had to chase it round, then she moved quickly and knocked the card out of my hand to the floor. No apology. I had to partially open my door as far as I could against the booth and scrabble around for the card. Drinks came, I'd asked for a black tea but got milk. I'm allergic to milk. Good job I checked. Tea was made by the recipient of the cashiers gossip, so obviously not paying attention either. No apology from anyone.
