Ive ordered from this company twice.

The customer service on both occasions were amazing, I got a reply straight away after one of the products was damaged in transit, and a replacement was sent straight away.

They have so much choice on the website and have great deals. I don’t go anywhere else for my cake stuff. Thank you

I ordered some items from the Cake Decorating Company when received I realised that I should have gone for a slightly smaller size. I contacted the cake decorating company who provided me with the details to return the items. Unfortunately five weeks have now passed since the items were returned and I am still awaiting my refund. I contacted the company two weeks ago asking for an update and received an email asking for details of the package and proof that they had received it as well as an acknowledgment that they are behind in dealing with their returns. I provided the proof of postage and delivery immediately and since then have not had a response although I have sent multiple emails. Very disappointed in their treatment.

Second order from the Cake Decorating Company. Accidentally ordered 2 of a product instead of 1 and forgot to order another item. Didn't want to place a new order as I'd got free p&p. Sent an email on the Sunday, they sorted it by the Monday evening for me.

I have used The Cake Decorating Company for years and have always been satisfied. Recently however, I have been disappointed with the delivery service. I made an order on July 13th, over £100 so it qualified for free next day delivery. However, it wasn't despatched until July 15th, and so far on July 21st I still have not received my order. Not happy at all. I have written to them, but so far had no response. Come on CDC - sort yourselves out and get back to the 5* service you used to provide.

Pretty awful actually. I didn't get everything I ordered and paid extra to have it next day. I've contacted them numerous times and they just keep ignoring me. So essentially I've paid money for nothing. Wouldn't bother using them

My first ever order with this company. My parcel was " apparently" delivered by yodel, even though nobody was in at my property. I wasn't allowed to select safe place due to the nature of what was inside the parcel. The yodel driver has since been investigated and still says he handed the parcel to resident at my house. They would not supply me with a photograph that their websites states they need of the parcel in an OPEN door. I finally recieved the photograph and it literally had the delivery drivers hand on the box and he had taken a photograph. I have left numerous calls and emails about my parcel to the cake decorating company, I have now been ignored for a week since them telling me to check with my neighbours (I must be annoying them so much as I've asked them all 3 times now to ensure they didn't take my parcel in) no sign of a refund and no sign of my parcel. I was completely empathetic about the situation due to it not really being the cake decorsting company's fault, as I could see on the tracking details that it had left their hands and into the hands of yodel.
Now not having any contact with them it has really put me off making an order again. Not happy with the customer service, the delivery companies they use also. Really upset with this as I needed the order for last week, I have now had to go elsewhere, spend double the price, and still no refund from the cake decorating company! Very disappointing.

Used to use this company regularly, will avoid from now on. Placed an order for next day delivery and DPD didn't even receive my package until two days later. It's too late for me to do the cake I needed to do (it was a last minute family request) and because I wasn't told ahead of time, I couldn't make other arrangements to get product from somewhere else. Appalling customer services and practices. Avoid.

My go to suppliers now. Prompt delivery and great prices too. When I had a problem in the past they were very quick to rectify the issue, customer service is excellent!
