Absolutely fabulous service!! I ordered a load of cake boards and drums on a Monday and they were here on Wednesday :-) All of the products are well made and perfect for what I needed. The website is easy to use and orders over £30 are free delivery! I have attached a pic of a recent cake on one of your cake drums before I put a ribbon on it and also a pic of Halloween themed chocolate oranges I did using your cake cards :-) Thank you Vanilla Valley I will be ordering again soon. Still awaiting delivery after a week, email sent, I have phoned numerous times and it's the answer machine no matter what dept you call. Still haven't had a reply! I would advise you find a different company if you want to actually receive your order.

Takes your money but dont send order!!
Avoid this con of a website paid for next day delivery never got sent out and they avoids all emails!
This website needs to be shut down before anyone loses their money! I will now have to contact my bank or PayPal to try and get my money back!

Orderd October 21th morning. Only on 25th receive emai "item shipped ". In 7 days items comming from China! Looks like China is local, and Cardiff is in different continent. Unhappy. Very slow. Looks like don't need a small customers.

Very quick delivery, sadly one of the items incorrect, just a smaller size than ordered. I received the correct size almost by return & was told to keep the smaller one.

Very nice shop with friendly staff. They got lots of baking and cake making things and will definitely go again.

A great selection of disney cake topper figurines, very well designed, not only do they look good on a cake, they're nice to have as ornaments on a shelf or similar. I used the Maleficent & Aurora figures just for a bit of fun on the beach with photography.
