TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Hate to leave bad reviews but I would also hate to think someone else had their special occasion ruined by the utter incompetence of these amateur bakers.
I ordered a chocolate cake for my best friends 21st birthday and sent a photo of what I wanted. I was told she couldn’t do it exactly which was fine - but on the day of collection not only did it look anything like the picture the birthday girls name had been spelt wrong(!!) name and decoration was begrudgingly rectified and they have a slight discount. I told them it was okay because I’m not usually a nasty person. Later on horror upon horror it wasn’t chocolate as requested it was vanilla!! I just couldn’t believe it. Called in to tell them the mistake and they was so rude and off hand and tried to blame me for their rookie mistake. I’ve been spoke to in that manner no apology was given their customer service is shocking. Overall it was a disastrous experience- please beware and avoid if at all possible.

Ordered Silver Anniversary Cake and Cupcakes at short notice and Abbie really did us proud, it looked amazing and the sponge was so moist. Thankyou Abbie😍

Finally got in last Saturday wow the shop smells divine and chocolate cake and Victorian sponge cake light and fluffy and delicious.. I asked about cakes made to order and was given their card for details will be ordering from you guys! I do understand once the cakes are gone you guys close. I'm only in ossy at weekends so miss you everytime. Will try and get there before you close on Sat.

Had my birthday cake from cake box. It looked and tasted amazing. Highly recommend. If you are passing you need to pop in and treat yourself, you won't be disappointed. My favourite is definitely the cheesecakes.

All I have to say is WOW!! went to deliver a parcel and couldn't resist getting some cakes, the fudge cake was one of the best I have ever tried, and those cheesecakes! Cannot wait to pop in again and try more! Honestly, if you live in Oswaldtwistle you have to try here!!

Highly recommend this place! I have ordered numerous times from here and each time they have been exactly what i asked for! I honestly wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.. The ladies are always lovely and literally go above and beyond every time🎂🧁💕

We ordered a wedding anniversary cake from Abby Jess & Janet in 70's speak it was EPIC.
We are definitely more than pleased
