Have been ordering from Shabz for years and she does not disappoint.
The cakes have always been beautifully decorated and presented and she always exceeds our expectations. More importantly the cakes taste AMAZING.

We have been ordering cakes from ShabzCakes for a number of years. Have ordered birthday and wedding cakes. They have always tasted and looked on point. In fact she goes above and beyond to ensure a customer is happy. Her prices are super reasonable and always tries to accomodate budgets. She is always friendly and professional.

Beautiful cake ordered for the Mrs birthday, had a wonderful time ordering the cake with a lovey lady. Wanted another cake for my son who is obsessed with chocolates and hot wheels must say I was absolutely blown away with the detail and just taste of the cakes. Both where spectacular. (But ive always been a stickler for chocolate lol). Would deffo recommend and will 100% be ordering again!

Absolutely amazing service! Cannot recommend enough! Wonderful customer service, Took my order the night before and was ready to collect the next day, Wonderful team and the cake was Devine! Ordered a 3 tier money cake, well structured, picked up from Blackburn and was absolutely fine all the way up to London. The sponge was soooooo soft and yummy! Would deffo go again!

Think I’ve been ordering my cakes from shabz since 2012? And she never fails to deliver! I’ve asked for cakes on short notices and the day before and it’s been made to perfection! I order for every occasion through shabz and everyone loves her cakes! My friends have now started to get their cakes from shabz too! She makes the most amazing cakes just the way I love them! Made to perfection! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Shocking customer service skills for an averagely tasting cake.Or in my case NO cake at all!!

I ordered a cake from this woman and was left empty handed. She messaged me last minute asking to change the time of collection after I had set off from an hour long journey to pick the cake up, to which I found that she had not made the cake at all and decided to provide me with an excuse to borrow more time.

Dreadful experience and would recommend if you like to solve riddles through text.

Since you have now removed the option for me to reply to your message, I would like to say that I find your attitude and behaviour absolutely disgusting. Completely unapologetic and irresponsible. Atleast you could have had the courtesy to notify your customers prior to leaving the house, I am not against the gas leak its moreover your attitude. TOTALLY DISGUSTING!

Terrible business, dishonest and irresponsible woman. I can only warn you guys in hope that you never have to share an experience like my own. The cake disintegrated about 5 minutes because the dowling was not set correctly, the sponge was too soft and icing and top tier too heavy that the bottom collapsed.
