I live in Blackpool and ordered my cake over the phone for a party at the beginning of December. I told Debi my ideas . She listened.
I had not visited the stall in the market at all.
When I went to collect the cake the day of the party I was absorlutely thrilled. It was amazing. Exactly what I wanted. It was stunning and Debi is amazing. I would highly recommend her cake business. She is a delight to work with. Stevensge is lucky to have such a talented cake artist !

Thanks Demi for an absolutely fabulous 60th Birthday cake for my partner. The cake was based around his hobby of extreme cycling and was just perfect. Had a cake made for a 70th birthday with minimum details and an odd drawing from me, the cake was made to perfection. Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend.

When I arrived to collect my cake, there was miscommunication as I had requested a change of date over a month prior but this had not been noted down on my order so there was no cake for my sons birthday when I turned up, but this was amazingly turned around.

The reason I give 5 stars is due to the fact it was an honest mistake and rather than making excuses, the lady made me a spiderman cake within only a few hours and offered to give me some money back also.

I refused the money as she really went in to superhero mode to get this cake made and her customer service was absolutely amazing, she deserved every penny she charged for that cake and I will be going back to her for future orders.

I could tell she puts her heart and soul into her cakes and delivering excellent customer service.

I believe the young lady is called Demi, I would like to thank her for turning a potential stressful issue into an amazing result, the cake turned out better than I imagined and was the highlight of my sons birthday.
