Nanny Sam’s Cakes

We chose nanny sam to make our wedding cake and oh my I’m so glad we did, from the second I emailed communication has been amazing and consistent she always responded to any queries I had quickly, she posted lots of cake samples out to us with a few extra goodies which was so hard to choose as everything tasted amazing! Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we asked for and it tasted even better than it looked! Thank you nanny sam!

Sam has been incredible from start to finish! unbelievably talented! Very friendly and professional. She can adapt any ideas to anything. She has recently done a 60th birthday cake for my mother in law. It was just simply perfect! Tastes amazing also. So creative. Delivery was also brilliant. I cannot recommend Nanny Sam enough. Absolutley fantastic! Will also go to her for any cakes i need to book in.🎂🎂🎂❤❤

Lovely cake but, wasn’t what I was expecting. I asked for a Harry Potter slytherin themed cake thinking it would have something amazing come out when received. But got disappointed, had the slytherin logo laminated and stuck onto the cake then some figures on top, and the cake was white. Was expecting more greens and silvers to match the slytherin theme from Harry Potter. The flavouring was okay but still wasn’t the best.

We had Nanny Sam create our wedding cake, And we're so glad we did, from the get go with sending her a picture of what we'd like and our colour scheme we had complete faith in Sam that she would deliver and that's exactly what she did, Every aspect of communication, samples, the day before panic Sam offered reassurance. The cake went down so well at the wedding and the guests couldn't get enough.

Sam is amazing! She created our wedding cake and it was incredible. She handmade dozens of icing flowers and created an ombre effect climbing up the cake in our wedding colours, which looked awesome. Not only did it look the business but it tasted amazing too. The salted caramel tier was my favourite by far. Just to die for! The photo doesn't do it justice.

Thank you Nanny Sam. Sam listened and made a cake fit for a 90 year old princess " My nanna in her care home". Excellent service with a personal touch . Covid stopped us being able to celebrate as a family. Sam's gorgeous cake was away of us showing how much we loved her as her.

We met Nanny Sam at a Wedding Fayre pre Covid and kept her details. When we made contact she remembered us.

We talked about the type of cake we wanted for our special day and went for a three tier cake. We opted for traditional wedding cake as the bottom tier, traditional sponge for the middle and lemon with elderflower for the top. To help make our decision Nanny Sam delivered a beautifully presented box of samples.

From first meeting to our big day Nanny Sam was a delight, quick to respond, helpful, professional and offering a first class service at an extremely good price. On the day our cake was stunning and tasted divine, with an added thoughtful surprise. Every guest was amazed by it.
