Won't be buying from here again. Used to get the 7inch steak pie at £5.35 always good and lots of Chunky steak in.
My husband went today and apparently they don't make them now only 9inch at £9.80.
He got one I think the chunky steak had been put in with a pea shooter, it was just all ordinary mince. Complete rip off won't be getting any more.

Prices have risen whilst quality has taken a dive. Shocking quality. Won't be using Lathams again. Better places in the area to eat from now

Breakfast shocking. Cheap looking products including the thinnest toast i've ever seen. Half an hour wait to get it. Hard bacon, frazzled mushrooms, hardly a spoon of beans. Prices have gone up but standards and value for money have dropped. Would rather go to Greggs!

Bought 3 cornish party's on Wednesday 2 ok but the 3rd had obviously been warmed up from previous day and put In pie warmer.
Totally inedible.

Got a xl butter pie for our bonfire night supper, and after an hour in the oven the potatoes were still hard so I put it back in for another 15/20 mins and they still wasn't done properly
Very disappointed will be going in on Monday and asking for some money back 😕

Sent son for chicken and stuffing sandwich i got what looked like fried stuffin it was black and cheap chicken roll also fried came in a plastic bag. The bread was wet hot and sweaty. Went straight in bin.

Very very disappointed. Was once a loyal customer when bakery was situated near Woodplumpton. Cakes and pastries then delicious. Just bought a custard tart, pastry really thick and custard tasteless. Small party pies awful. Bakery needs to rethink and speak to your old talented bakers. You must be losing customers in droves. Shame.

Very dissatisfied, used to be a high quality bakers. Purchased a carrot cake Mar 2021, it was awful, could not eat it, honestly had better from Aldi at half the price. Product received had no resemblance to the item shown on the website. SEE PICTURES FOR THE DIFFERENCE.
