We ordered a birthday cake and it was absolutely amazing. Sent photos to Gill and it was so realistic, the dog, the tennis bag and my husbands face! It tasted absolutely delicious, reasonably priced and the correspondence/communication was spot on.

This is our 2nd year using this company and Gill you are amazing. Our cakes last year were beautiful and again this year you really do just get the brief!! Not to mention the cakes have been delicious..so yummy…found my child sat at the table devouring a whole plate to herself!! Thank you Gill…will always recommend!

Our wedding cake looked beautiful, and tasted amazing as well. From start to finish Gill was amazing. She was happy to make changes before the day, and was happy to listen to all requests. Nothing was to much to ask. I can't recommend the cake company enough for wedding cakes.

Stunning celebration cakes, Gill is so talented. I’ve ordered several cakes over the years and they’ve always been wonderful and amazed the recipients. Very tasty too although you won’t want to cut it!

Unprofessional, wanted to see If we could negotiate a price with healthy communication, got no response and then in fact was informed my email was deleted in anger and then she proceeded to shout at me on the phone. Completely understand with living costs going up but would have really appreciated this being communicated in a professional manner. A big no from me

We have been using The Cake Company for nearly 6 years now, and travel over an hour to collect from Gill, because she is truly incredible at what she does. The cakes Gill has made us are absolutely stunning, every single time, and she always goes above and beyond to make them extra special. We have had birthday cakes, baby shower cakes, christening cakes and the rest, and they are all incredible.

Fantastically priced for the quality of cake especially when you can see the amount of effort and time that goes into the cakes. Amazing communication and customer service.

We had a delicious wedding cake made by the cake company - Lemon Sponge with flowers from our florist and a football cake topper we had ordered too! Great experience from booking through to eating and would highly recommend to all!
