Nikki's Bountiful Bakery

Nikki made this amazing vegan cake for my daughter's 18th birthday. She is so cleverly creative & designed this cake to be exactly the style that Hannah loves. The taste was amazing too & there was plenty to go around. I would definitely recommend Nikki for making your special cake - she is a delight to do business with - very friendly & also professional.

We couldn't recommend Nikki's Bountiful Bakery enough. She made the most incredible cake for our wedding on the 19th November 2022. Nikki's communication from start to finish was superb. We had a wonderful experience at a cake tasting meeting that Nikki prepared for us and we were blown away by Nikki's flavour combinations, how warm and friendly she was and her clear passion for cake designing. I went through my pinterest vision for our Autumn, woodland themed wedding and she completed blew us away with what she achieved - exactly matched my vision! Nilkki is so talented - ourselves and our guests were wowed.

Nikki delivers the most professionalism, dedication, value and also the best communication I have ever seen. I ordered a cake for my mum’s 50th and got the cake exactly as I described it to Nikki- during consultation. Very quick to respond to inquiries and also offers very helpful advise. The cake tasted amazing! Just the right amount of sweetness! My mum was blown away by the sight, she absolutely loved it! I very highly recommend Nikki for anyone that is looking for a cake & cupcake baker.

I have been getting cakes and treats from Nikki for a long time and I have to say her work is amazing. It not only looks great but the sponge is delicious and so soft.
She really knows her trade and is always so helpful with designing the bespoke cakes with me. She made my wedding cake, baby shower cake and dessert table, birthday cake amongst other events. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wish there were more stars to give! Nikki made the most incredible drip cake for my partner's 30th birthday, personalised and topped with his favourite chocolates. It looked and tasted fantastic - we couldn't have been happier with it! The service I received was outstanding. Nikki was great at communicating and went above and beyond to make the cake perfect and the whole process smooth. I really appreciated that there was an option for home delivery, especially during a pandemic, which made everything even easier for us. Thanks so much to Nikki and the Bountiful Bakery! Nikki has made my husband’s birthday cake and my mum’s wedding cake. She makes wonderful cakes that taste great and look amazing. She puts her heart into her baking and is very talented. I love looking out for the latest artistic design on her social media channels!

I ordered a cake for my partner's 28th Birthday and, not only did the cake made into a boxing ring look amazing, but the taste was out of this world. It was a victoria sponge that was so moist it didn't see past a day!! I am not ordinarily much a fan of icing but l have to say also that the icing was great as well. It was soft, sweet and creamy and not just one tasting of sugar. Thank you Nikki for making me an incredible cake, we will definitely be coming back soon!! All the best.
