I always buy Cakes from Cake Box I love the texture and decoration. I always use cake Box for any special occasion I do not prefer to go anywhere else.There service and cakes are the best. I wish them all the very best.

I came in on Friday to this cake box branch and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.I can’t believe that people like this are allowed to work in such a place of high professionalism and good quality(usually, )on this occasion I was rudely served by a lady named naz.She was very rude whilst serving me kept giving me dirty looks she wasn’t understanding at all and I thought she was judging me real hard she rushed me into making a decision. The cake was dry.

Perfect customer service always get my cakes from here and they never disappoint- would 100% recommend.

We came yesterday at 6:53pm to buy cake but they closed early and we request to open its not 7:00 pm already few min left want to buy cake but they refuse we are regular customer with cake box leyton branch from last 3 years but we are too much disappoint with this behaviour we request alot of time but those ladies too much rude. Almost my 260 family members they are buying cake for special occassions but now we are not coming any more my all family members are not buying anything because their first priority is to close shop before time not to serve customer. Serve customer is the first priority anyhow we are not coming anymore they spoil our function if there is option for zero star wipl do but am giving just 1 star
