Gina made a birthday cake for my Father’s 70th. From start to finish, Gina was a delight to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble; her care and attention shone through. The finished cake was absolutely stunning and so lovingly created. It also tasted amazing! My dad was bowled over by it and it looked marvellous as the centrepiece on the table for his birthday party. Thanks so much Gina! I will be recommending you to everyone I know! x

We ordered in quite short notice but the customer service was friendly and efficient.Gina was so very helpful. The cake tasted delicious, sponge was so so soft and the entire cake had wow factor. Gina has created birthday cakes for our two boys for the last couple of years and they have all been beautiful and yummy. 🙂

Gina made Mum the most delicious cake for a big Birthday last year! Hand delivered, beautifully presented - the cake was exactly on the brief after we spoke through some options. Would recommend Gina and her cake making skills highly!

Ginas's cakes and cupcakes are always truly inventive and with a fantastic attention too detail. What makes me return every time (and she has made 15-20 cakes/cupcakes for us over the years), is her warm personable approach and flexibility to try and find a solution to whatever one is requesting. My kids& their friends are always delighted & surprised by the outcome! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

Exceeded expectations by a mile! Gina was a delight to work with, she brought my ideas to life as if she were able to look into my imagination – then improved upon them with her own suggestions. Not only did the cake look gorgeous but it was absolutely delish! Possibly the best chocolate sponge I’ve ever had and not a drop of icing was left at the end of the party which I think speaks volumes

Gina has been making special cakes for us for 6 years, since our son turned 4, Gina’s cakes are now part of our family’s birthday tradition.

Gina’s patient listening is matched only by her amazing attention to detail.

Each cake is handmade work of art, last year she made us a cake with an icing sculpture in the shape of a North American P-51 Mustang in the livery of the 332d Fighter Group, known as the Red-Tails or Tuskegee Airmen.

My son was keenly interested in the history of the groundbreaking, incredibly brave and devoted African American aviators flying for the USAF and Gina’s creation was perfect. It was so meaningful.

The cake was also delicious but we just couldn’t cut into the icing sculpture and have preserved it in a cake box to this day.

We just had his 10th Birthday and this year asked for a RAAF Spitfire Mk24 - again perfect.

Over the years Gina has made us so many lovely designs, and not just WW2 aircraft! She made us a circus diorama when our son was 4 years old, replete with seals, lions and our son portrayed as a lovely little jester. She made a flying carpet with our son depicted as Aladdin, a lovely Lego race car and a Lego themed cake with the Ninjago characters depicted in lively colours.

Everything Gina created for us has been unique. Her creations have made made our special occasions… even more special.

Gina made an absolutely astounding large cake for my son’s celebration on becoming a deacon at church. It was a work of art - and absolutely delicious. Gina was responsive, accommodating and very personable. Cannot recommend highly enough!
