Very beautifully decorated and clean shop, sweets and cakes quality is good but less staff on Eid day (only 2 people) caused slow service...

I bought a cake for my birthday and it was really nice. The cream was fresh and the flavour wasn't overpowering. Maybe a little bit too sugary, so as an advise please review sugar content. But all in all my guests and I really appreciated it.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, really nice customer service.
We have bought cakes from them again.

Service is just poor. Inattentive and not professional. Asked for a message on the cake. The guy could not only read, but could not see. Worse the message looks like it’s done by a toddler. To top it off, it was incorrect. Jokes.

Over charging some customers, small Barkalava was £8.50! Be careful people! Nothing is priced up, so they charge what they like!

Lovely cake.. 23.00 can't go wrong.

Edit 2022 cakes are stale and horrible..

I went to buy sweets and asked for Barfi and the man who served me literally smashed the bag on the counter and the state of it is just appalling.
They are very rude and bias based on what you look like.
There was a white customer but he was treated well compared to how I was treated.
Never going there again.
Wouldn't even give one star if I could!

They just don’t bang like Ambala unfortunately. Every time someone gives this as a new baby gift, I’m disappointed it’s not Ambala. The methai is just lacking something.
