One of the worst cake we had. Brought the red velvet cake for my friends birthday. Its like red paint coated on the top of cake and it was really hard. We can the taste the colour, not the cake. Also the white cream between the layers of cake taste some thing different. I’ve brought cakes from other branches of cakes and bakes. All those was really good. But this is one of the worst cake i had. We lost 28 pound on that.

Cakes and bakes were able to turnaround a Walima three tier cake in less than 24 hours, and the taste was amazing, incredibly soft and so fresh. Even with past cakes I’ve had from them have been amazing in taste and presentation.

Fabulous cake was delivered for my mum's 100th birthday celebration. Delicious to eat, spectacular to look at. Thank you so much for the extra detail to make her special birthday so special.

Bought 14 different types of individual cakes @2.99 a slice. It was a total disappointment all the cakes tasted the same with the only difference being the colouring in the icing. Not worth the money, not worth eating and not with returning again. If you want to sell cake at least you could make N effort so that they are actually taste as cake should. The owner of this company should taste the cake and ask themselves if they'd pay to their own money to eat such passionless cake. Ruined our week end

We orderd cake on Saturday for my daughter's birthday on Monday with online delivery.
The cake never delivered and each time they are saying on the way on the way and they they stop responding phone

They didn't have any clue about the delivery when i called next day they asked...

Is it not delivered? Ohh okay we will do full refund...
