I dealt with Kristin all over phone / email to help get a cake for my girlfriend's 30th birthday.

I found her really easy to deal with and for me knowing absolutely nothing about cakes she was really helpful.

The end results was a cake that really wowed our friends when I surprised my girlfriend with it. It was more money than I had wanted to spend but everyone was absolutely amazed at how great it looked, and how fantastic it tasted so it was definitely worth every penny.

Amazing cake for our wedding in October.What we wanted was simple but they made it taste so good & look so pretty with our autumnal theme. Fitted us in at short notice as we were let down & it was such a relief for us that they took over. Great service & no fuss, did everything they promised, managed the flowers too for the topper so it was all sorted. Our guests loved the cake ..all said it was delicious. Ordered a cake for my Daughter's communion - It tasted as amazing as it looked. All the guests were in awe. This is the place to go for 'tasting good, looking good' celebration cakes. We had the vanilla sponge/jam cake. It was really moist and was so yummy. Thank you Laura, Helen @ Cakeology

The cake was beautiful and tasted good. However, a hair was found in the birthday cake that we spent £400 for. When we mentioned the hair to Laura George the manager. She did not offer any compensation, which put us off using Cakeology in the future.

Flawlessly crafted custom-made cakes. Great taste and texture, and high attention to details. Thoroughly professional. Ordered the design pictured for a surprise birthday gift.

Very lovely cake! I ordered a london taxi cake for my husbands birthday i was really satisfied with the look of it and also the taste. The delivery guy was very polite and the lady who took the order Selvie was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I promise to come again!!

Ordered a fresh large Carrot cake a few days ago and they had the order ready on time and finished to an excellent standard!
Everyone enjoyed the cake and i will definitely be coming back to you for future orders!

Had to amend this review as it offended the business and I did receive an email from them. It was not my intention to slander the business at all but was hoping for providing some constructive criticism.
Needed a cake in a short span of time for my wife on her birthday. The cake was ordered on Thursday and the delivery was prompt on a Saturday and I thank the company for accommodating me. The Tiramisu Drip cake looked amazing and the decoration was spot on. The cake was as what was advertised on the site so read the description very well.
However, the cake was not what is expected from a Tiramisu cake at all. I found the sponge quite dry for my liking. We threw almost the entire cake away and it felt like quite a bad waste of resources.
