Should give something in -ve for this shop. Absolutely worst customer service ever. The lady who was taking order was horrible. Gave no respect at all to the customers. She gave no time to select the designs or never was ready to give options etc and was shouting at cuatomers. Disgraceful. I ll never ever visit this shop again my life.

I had ordered a fresh cream cake from this shop but was given an old cake instead from the shop window that I had seen the previous day. The cake had hardened inside (become stale) and did not taste in any way fresh. My 2 daughters became food poisoned after eating just a slice of the cake. When I have tried to contact the workers, they have provided horrendous customer service and have refused to take any responsibility. I will never purchase from them again and definitely do NOT recommend them. Other bakeries provide a much higher standard and quality of cakes. Not to mention, the hygiene will at least be acceptable.

Absolutely Fabulous. Cake tasted great and looked fantastic just the way i wanted for my daughter's 12th. Birthday, she loved it everyone loved it. Customer service was on point too.

Very poor service, ordered 2 cakes from them, which they totally ruined. It was ordered a week before we needed them so they had plenty of time to make it the way we wanted it. Instead they decided to throw what they wished on the cake.
Poor service. Ide rather go the the pantry opposite.
Never go here again.

Really Disgusting , i dont want to give even a single star but there is no option for that. Although it has to be nagative. The cake was ordered for a special event but they let me down with my order.
Pineapple fresh cream cake was ordered with clear insructions for pineapple chunks inside. But it was like vanilla cake with 6 small pieces of pineapple inside.
They do not have flavour knowledge, and unexperienced staff do not know how to deal with customers
Waste of money and time.
Never Recommend. Beware of them & do not spoil your event.

To my surprise when I opened the cupcakes from this shop I bought,they turned out so dry like a rock.I was really annoyed at this following which I called the shop and spoke to a lady who told me that the staff must have given me the displayed cupcakes which they should not have and offered me a replacement.so the next day I picked my replacements and guess what.. the new batch was as bad as the old ones. Tasteless,dissappointing,worthless are the words comes to my mind.I didnt bother calling the shop again.Going back to them would only be the case when its the last shop left on earth and even that after me thinking twice.
The conclusion is,the shop owner does not like throwing the old stuff instead sells it to their loyal customers.If I see the shutter down in few months I wont be surprised why.

Ordered a cake over the phone. She ran through what I wanted. Asked for strawberry jam between the layers. Was charged extra. On collection went home and there was no strawberry jam. Try to talk to them no luck. While at the reception , I couldn't hear what the receptionist was saying. Wanted to buy a candle only with a £50/- note she didn't have change, was forced to buy £5/- worth of goods to get the candle as minimum by card was £5/- was charged £1/- for a can of drink. One can get 3 for a pound in other shops. I had to buy items not required. Won't be going back there again. Think before you buy from that shop go to cake box it's a better shop with good customer service. Stay well clear of these lot. The cake also wasn't good. A tesco chocolate cake will be a better deal. Absolute nightmare. The name of the shop is different to what you see online. Dubious lot.

This is the BEST Cake Shop in Ilford Cranbrook Road. Ever since they opened baught Myself..Fatima and my Son Shamarkes Cakes delicious for me also disabled friendly they even offered me a Coffee. And Asma the Manager very good and kind to Customers. Go to their Restaurant Al Khyyma I sent all my family, friends nieces to them try their FOOD Fab Manager is very kind Sajid and Asam. Manager bless plus all Staff fab they do FAB parties Catered for people. And they have FAB Chef good for everybody TRY THEIR FOOD IT IS THE BEST IN ILFORD. I HAVE ALL MY PARTIES WITH THEM I THINK ALSO SHARIF IS VERY HELPFUL ASST. MANAGER. FAB SERVICE. AND FAB SHISHA GOODLUCK GREAT.
