New Cakes

Ordered first holy communion cake, was just how I asked for cake to be. The cake was delicious and fresh. I was nervous after reading reviews but when I rang someone always picked up and was able to help. I paid extra to have cake delivered at a time slot which unfortunately did not come during that time and was late but that was down to DHL. When I spoke to someone at New cakes they looked into it and gave refund for delivery and cake came after 30 minutes cake arrived. As advised on website to order cake day before.

The most fabulous cake for my daughter's Naming Day: design wise and edible wise! I made a lot of demands about it being a pirate ship, and what the figurine should look like all of which were met beyond my high expectation. Everyone cheered when the cake came out and several kids fought over who would get to eat the parrot! Communication was immediate and friendly even after several changes I made to the delivery time and place. Thank you so much! :)

The cake I ordered for my son was the hit of the party, everyone loved it and kept taking pictures of it. The resemblance of the figurine with my son was impressive, we couldn't believe how identical he was.
The whole experience was over the top, from customer service to delivery, packaging and quality of the cake. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

A week before Christmas with a 60th birthday on Christmas Eve it was a race against time to find a company to do a bespoke cake after many had cancelled. I came across New Cakes and had a very quick response that they could make the cake!! They were able to give me so many options and really took the time to go through everything that I wanted. I can honestly say my father in law was amazed by the cake and it tasted good great! A company you should definitely use.

I spoke with Jess and she was very efficient and informative and her service was brilliant! Absolutely pleased and happy with the cake that was produced for my sisters birthday. They managed to create her favourite book cover as very last minute and it came out superb! The packaging it came in was sturdy and the cake tasted yummy and fresh, it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. I will definitely be coming back in future for another cake!

Cannot fault this company. This is the second time that I have purchased a cake from New Cakes. Once again they have exceeded my expectations. Do make sure to order a couple of days ahead of event, to allow for courier delays. Customer services keep you informed of tracking etc. One extremely happy 16yr old loved her special cake and her friends were impressed too. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

I ordered my daughters 21st surprise birthday cake from NewCakes months in advance and from start to finish , they delivered excellent communication, so incredibly friendly and so professional. I dealt with a wonderful lady called Jess who was amazing !!!
The cake was so much more than I could of ever imagined !!! It took center stage at my daughters surprise party !! Everybody loved it .
I had chocolate filling and wow !! The cake went to everyone I could share with and was so Delicious!!
I will be continuing to have every cake from this fantastic company and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

Excellent service and wonderful cakes which exceeded our expectations and made our triplets birthday, thank you. Each cake was different but clearly looked like part of a set which was exactly what we wanted to achieve. Each was a different flavour, chocolate, vanilla and lemon, and all our guests comment on how good they tasted. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! 🥰
