Cake Box Norbury

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. The staff were touching their face and cleaning their noses whilst they were handling the cakes. They were told explicitly 3-4 times to write happy wedding anniversary but they brought the cake with only the name. Price wise, ridiculously high prices for the quality and size of the cake, you can get much better cakes at cakes4all and nirala.

I have been pre ordering cakes for various occasions for couple of years now. Always ready for collection on time. Great service who accommodate with any little requests or tweaks.

I love cakes from cake box. I always prefer to order it from Cake box because these cakes just melts in the mouth. 😍
But I really would like Cake box to start customising cakes in the designs and sizes we want, nothing else.

They do the best cakes here! We come here for all occasions. The staff are aways very helpful too. Highly recommended!

My cake was last minute and cake I got was soo small yet the staff, Unnati was able to put all I could say in the cake thanks to her I will be having a nice day.
