My favourite shop to buy Pakistani Sweets on any occasion staff is friendly taste is superb, product quality is very good, fresh sweets in house freshly made sweets not like other big brands who has their factories somewhere else and they deliver to their branches very professional Chef Impressive customer service they give you new product to try for free but just a little bit :)

Disappointed!! I went especially because from afar sweets looked delicious. Look what I found in those round sweets. A live worm!!! I was trying before buying. I left what I had chosen to buy and walked out. I can't forget this incident. I fear I will get food poisoning..

If allow me less than one star I will go for it. I will never recommend anyone with Imy today’s experienced. When I reached in nirala’s main door. The guy with beard just saw me and close the door even I described him I came from very far and I come with my family to buy sweets and there was still 15 minutes remains to close that shop. He didn’t care and shut the door in front of my face without telling me any thing really I surprised at that moment very pathetic customer service I never saw in my life. After I enter one nearby shop POOJA SWEETS they were incredible and provide us their best service even though closing time of pooja was 9 pm but really the staff was professional and were not in hurry. I will recommend pooja sweets instead of nirala

This used to be my go to place for desi sweets. However quality of both sweets and customer service has taken a massive nosedive. They get their sweets sent in from the factory rather than made in-house. I bought 5kg of sweets and they all tasted like they were a few days old.

Very tasty and fresh vanilla and fruit cream cake very reasonable price
Manager went out of his way to help me adding named happy birthday message on cake no extra charge

I normally like this place but the amount of chutney they give with their samosa is atrocious! It’s soo little that it’s gone with one dip of samosa. They might as well no have any in the first place and when asked to get more dip the man was very rude. I would of paid for more had he said things nicely but he became extremely rude that I had to leave the things I was about to buy

Asked for spare Ramadan timetable to promote business too, was refused by short Asian grumpy man and told its policy

Wont be returning here again!!! Go Pooja next door instead
