Really bad I got a cake for a birthday and they didn’t not make it to my request after making me pay extra for butter cream. They still used wiped cream for they whole of the cake and that night was ruined! Wouldn’t recommend if you have Pacific request they won’t listen! And they also are quite rude overall service is poor

Worst cake ever bought turned up hadn't even started my cake, staff looked confused. When found order had to wait 30 mins while they made cake which had a gnash topping do was still running when gave to me as hadn't gad time to set. Writing on top was rushed and looked like a child wrote it. Asked for manager to call me still have had no call, have tried to contact them with email twice through there web site and still no answer 1 month later absolute shocking service and a waste of money and ruined wife's bday.

Our preordered cake the day before. 3 hours after collecting the cake was stale. Noone enjoyed the stale offering-The staff knew the sponge was old but chose to give it us all the same.
The manager is not available when visiting the shop or calling and the email contact is invalid.
Use another shop and save wasting your money and ruining a birthday

Rediclaus behaivior, order cake with color picture on top but when we went to collect she said the printer was not working so smaller picture on black and white was offered which I was not happy, when I asked why didn't you contact me and left for collection time she has nothing to say and didn't offer for less money not ordering again, bad customer service.

Very disappointed, they used whipped cream not icing. Cake was not fresh. Writing was also badly done.

Sold me a 30th birthday cake with "happy 3th" on it for a start.
The cake has an inch and half deep coating of cream all over it. The pink icing had black bits in it. The explanation was maybe something feel off the microwave into it.
When asked for a refund I was refused. Poor quality and poor customer service.

During the time of a pandemic- staff were wearing masks incorrectly- touching their face, wiping their nose, touching money and then touching cakes. All without washing their hands. No gloves were worn either.

on top of this the cake i ordered which was for a birthday had mouldy fruit on the top.

we called the northfield branch to discuss this but were met with rudeness and denial.

i will not be ordering from here again, appalling service.
