I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 10th birthday party from Coffee and Cream. It was so beautiful and taste wise so good. My daughter was so happy to see the cake and all guests praised it a lot. I had sent them a picture of cake for reference but I got much more better than my expectation. Thanks Coffee and Cream for making my daughter's 10th birthday so special. Here I'm not getting any option to upload a picture of the cake ☹️. I would be very happy if I would get the chance. Coffee and Cream is highly recommended from my side. Cheers.

First of all i would like to say thank you so much to the owner of coffee and cream of Hounslow branch for all the help and services he has given us. I ordered my son’s first birthday cake and the results it’s outstanding and excellent. This is the only shop where i can order cake and its eggless too. I highly recommend others to order the cake from here. Beautiful cake and thank you so much.

I have recently ordered a cake for my brother and I was completely disappointed with the service. I used to order nearly 3 cakes every year for my family members and had ordered almost 15 cakes in my last 4 years. I strongly believe I am well known customer to this shop.

Every year, I used to select cakes from the shop display which costs around £18 - £20 and this time since it's a big occasion and decided to order special cake for my family member. I was looking for different options and the shop guy started increasing prices for my preferences. As everyone knows, normal cakes costs around £20. I was looking for number cake and he said it would cost extra £5. Then, I asked for red velvet and he said extra £10 for red velvet cakes. Since red velvet cakes are not available in the display, I have to give my own basic design on the cake and he said it would cost another £5 for design. All together the cake is costing £40 which is double the price of original cake and said me to order 3 days before delivery date which I have done it. I am ready to pay £40 because it's a special occasion.

I again went next day to confirm my order and also to tell him the writing on the cake. While I was confirming my order, he was like "you are worrying too much and he was convincing me that you will get the best cake". Yes, I am worried because I am paying £40 and it's very special occasion. If the cake doesn't reach to the expectation then whole cake would be waste. I feel it's good to double check the order when I am paying £40 and he was using his business tactics to convince customer.
I just left the shop hoping I would get best cake and agreed to pay £40.

I came on the delivery date to collect and after looking at the cake, I was completely disappointed.
* I asked for the number cake and I know it would be 2 layers with bold numbers(cake and top of it bold numbers). He just drew the number with the cream and saying it's a number cake. He can even do it without charging £10 because it's just drawing with hand. Every shop writes this for free. I was expecting bold numbers as shown in pictures or on websites. Also, number was not properly drawn because he used his free hand to draw. I was like, Did I pay extra £10 for this cream which is drawn in number and did I pay £40 for this cake?
* Also, I clearly mentioned decorating glitter on full outer side of the cake and he just kept that in the bottom. He was like this is how you said me. He drew the sample cake on paper when I ordered and when I said full glitter on sides, he put sample dotes on the cake diagram. I thought it's a sample diagram for understanding and I thought he understood what I mean. But, when I looked at the cake, there were very less decorating glitter on sides(only at bottom not complete side of the cake) and he was like, this is how you said me and he was showing his diagram. He don't have patience to listen what I mean and he was pushing his mistake towards me.
* When it's red velvet, I think cake should be of red color but cake was in dark pink. I was like did I order red velvet or pink velvet? Color combination and design on the cake was very bad..

There are many online number cakes or even from other shops which looks good and bit cheaper compared with Coffee & Cream. I felt display cakes in coffee & cream with best design are more cheaper and attractive compared to one which I ordered. At least I would have been happy by preferring display cakes for £20 instead of this £40 cake.

I feel cake is not worth for £40 and it's not just my opinion but also my family members said the same thing. I am really so sorry for negative feedback, am not happy with the cake you delivered.
