I walked in at 9 am on a weekday and bought a deliciously beautiful fresh cake for a work colleague. Great price. Great service. No fuss. I'm happy!

Pre-ordered a 8" red velvet cake from here for our engagement party, ordered it only a few days before, and we couldn't have been happier! So delicious and our guests literally devoured it. Great price, lovely staff and amazing cakes.

I purchased a pre prepared cake from this store. The cake was hard and dry and was sold as a cream cake with hardly any cream. Very disappointed with the cake and handling of the complaint. Will not be going there again and urge others not to buy a cake from here also. Better to go down the road where the cakes are cheaper and nicer. Happy to share a name.

Disappointing experience we ordered a round cake and we got a square cake, we wanted Victoria sponge with fresh fruit and cream, with a white covering, we got chocolate sponge with chocolate cream, and chocolate covering. Everything we ordered we did not get, still looked good but not what we wanted.

My daughter order a cake for my birthday, looks gorgeous, but the strawberry that came was mould and we found few hairs around the sticky purple outside area.
Disappointed on the overall, but good for a social media picture.

We ordered our wedding cake from Adali. The staff were very friendly in taking our order and they delivered exactly as we agreed on. We would highly recommend to others!

Absolutely appalling!! I brought a cake, I was happy to pay the full amount but I was lied to and the staff told me that they were giving it to me for half price on special offer. It was normally £23 but because it was expired and they wanted it sold, they said it was “half price just for today”. Very misleading. However, the reason the cake was given to me at half price was because the cake had expired and had gone off!! I went back with the cake and was given a refund but no extra gesture of goodwill and no compensation. I used to be a regular customer, but will not be going back there ever again! I cut my cake but was left feeling embarrassed as no one ate the cake! It was my birthday! This was not dealt with professionally.
