Cake Box

Very poor customer as I complain about the cake via email and didn't even think to reply. I ordered customised cake and gave 1 whole week and and the photo on the cake was torn which they were already aware but didn't think to sort out before I collected.

I get all my cakes from here. Amazing cakes, Well worth the money. The staff are so polite And helpful.

Terrible customer service. I asked for receipt I bought a cake online which I was supposed to get on my email but didn't get. The girl on the phone was saying confirmation email of my order is my receipt. Clearly she doesn't know the difference between invoice and confirmation note.
Really disappointed. Bad service

The design I picked and what was shown on the computer was completely different to how it turned out- I wanted colourful flowers on 2 corners of the cake which was on the website and I clearly said what I wanted, yet they gave us a white cake with a few red flowers on 1 corner of the cake. Cake order number was M810. Thanks
