Viona Patisserie London

Picked up my daughter's birthday cake yesterday. Beautifully decorated and the cake was delicious. Really fresh and light. Better than anything I have previously made or bought.
Really friendly and kind service too.

Was walking by and stopped because of the aroma of freshly baked pastries, the shop keeper was kind enough to stay open even though it was 2 mins to closing time... WORTH EVERY PENNY 😍

We had a very pleasant experience visiting the shop on today's Ealing Common Pre-Business Expo Walk! As soon as our Talking and Exploring group entered, the owner emerged and treated us to a tray of various Iranian biscuits Thank you for that! We will be coming back! By the way, I know of one attendee who dashed back to do her shopping at Viona as soon we had our drinks and snacks at the Double Tree Hilton after the walk!

I ordered a banana and walnut fresh cream birthday cake for my sister’s birthday. It was fresh, light and delicious. It stayed fresh for days. Really incredible!

Giving a review as encountered very hostile rude server today from a man who would repeatedly not listen to us until his colleague intervened. Unsure if racially motivated behaviour.

We asked for 1 sweet each at the counter of 8 different items and pointed at each one.
He then just shoved in random cookies we did not choose, multiples of each, and would not take them out despite me stating we didn't want them 4 times (not an exaggerated number of times).
He only took them out when another guy came out (I think one of the chefs) said give what we are asking. He still gave us a duplicate of something, but it was at least a cookie we had asked for.

Reason not a 1 star review as have come here before with supportive staff who have talked me through how to order a bespoke cake from them. Was nice and light with fresh cream

If this happens again, I will take my money elsewhere

They do good cakes, pastries and biscuits here. Maybe not the best in the world, but at good prices. They sell cakes and tarts by the kilo, so if you've got lots mouths to feed, it's not really expensive here at all.

This shop looks small in a hard to find place but made us the best cake ever, kids loved it, great taste and fantasic look. You just give them an idea of how you want your final product look like and they artistically make it for you. No hassle no upfront payment and we got the beautiful cake on the day at a very reasonably good price. This was our first buy and will certainly go back again. THANK YOU VIONA
