I ordered a cake for my mum's birthday as we had booked a restaurant round the corner. When I went to pick it up, the man seems totally confused about the order and takes 10 minutes to acknowledge that the order was there. This was surprising considering that he went out to the back and found my cake with the order number on it immediately. He then opened the box to proudly show me a plain white cake with no wording, no berries (it was the only berries cake). When I questioned it, he asked me to show him a picture of the cake, even thought he note attached to the plain cake said only berries. He clearly had no idea what they even offer.
No apology, just told that we would have to wait 10 minutes, which I am currently doing. Avoid this ridiculous place at all costs to your time and just general courtesy
