Very bad customer service from one lady stand in counter,,, I asked about their signature cakes,, she was just wondering ..staffs don’t know about their Cakes,,,Very pathetic!!!! Customer satisfaction 0/5

I've had cakes from here before they are nice and rich and very decadent, I recommend for those who have a sweet tooth. The store in clean and the staff are friendly.

The cake looks amazing!
It was booked for 12pm I went a bit earlier and it was ready.
The guy who I booked it with last week told me that in 3 hours the picture on top would melt with the below cake.
Service good, the lady who served me could me a bit more empathetic and smiley.
I would go back

I was impressed how quickly and smooth was my order in the store done . The collection was smooth too despite I needed to change the time of the collection last minute and then forgot my receipt with the order number. The cake itself looked fantastic and all of my friends loved it; “it’s delicious and the taste is so light in this hot weather we couldn’t have better”, they described. Definitely not the last purchase!

The staff are every nice and the cakes are always delicious. I have an egg allergy and it's nice to feel safe eating a cake without having an allergic reaction.

Great shop with tasty cakes.
You have the option to buy pastry from the shop and they got a plenty wide variety.
You can order b'day cake too from the shop, The lowest option available to order in shop is 8" however if you use online portal like deliveroo / Uber eats, you can order 6" / mini cake which is not available when you visit the shop.

Lots and lots of options. I ordered mini party cake, fruit cake which tasted really good. However there is no space to label the cake with message.
If you order cake they do not provide cutlery.

Super super rude staff. Very disappointing. Would prefer any other cake shop over this. Would not even want to give one star

Pathetic service, would never buy from them again. I paid in cash and the lady looked at me as if she was surprised to see £50 note in my hand. She in fact made me wait and had temerity to tell me that they needed to check if note was genuine. They need some basic lessons in decency
