Absolutely amazing, baker and cake designer. Pleasant, professional, polite, highly recommended and accommodating to timings. I've ordered both cakes and cupcakes for various family celebrations and am EXTREMELY HAPPY and CONTENT customer (as where the guests who received some cake and are eager for more celebrations to of course have some Nouveauxcakes cake!

I have the pleasure of always sampling and purchased Nouveauxcakes. They are simply delicious, light in texture and comes in many designs. So, when you purchase her cakes I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

So there are cakes and then there are Nouveauxcakes. It’s very rare that you buy/ order cakes that taste equally as good as they look - these cakes do just that! You will never see or taste cakes like it. This lady pays attention to detail and is always a show stopper at every event. If you want that extra special cake, look no further because you will not be disappointed 🥳

Here are the most delicious cakes. I have been ordering for many years, and everything suits me.

I made contact with Nova to have some cupcakes for my birthday picnic. She advised that she was able to assist. Was not very accommodating however when I advised it would be more suitable to pick up the cakes the night before, “ No she said the way I do things it needs to be picked up first thing in the morning”. I rearranged my plans. I asked for 12 cupcakes and could I have Red Velvet, Lemon and Chocolate. Again , “no you can only have two flavours” It was tight until the picnic so agreed with her rigid plans. She advised that her cupcakes are slightly bigger than most so I told her I already had purchased little boxes for them, I’ll send her the dimensions. If they couldn’t fit it would give me enough time to buy bigger ones on Amazon. Two days later no response to my text.

As time was running out, I found another person, they were cheaper, allowed all three flavours and I could collect the night before.

At 3.00am in the morning Nova sends me a text cross because I’ve chosen to use someone more efficient. Maybe she needs someone to assist her with her administration as this is very poor. Being able to bake is one thing, but the Customer Service, Admin and Marketing are all equally important when you’re trying to grow a business.

I wish her no ill but you need to be more flexible with customers and equally not rude to them either.

Words are insufficient to describe not only how beautiful the cakes are but how professional the service is. The novelty cakes look so real and too good to eat, you just want to put them on a podium and visit like a piece of artwork in a gallery. It was a pleasure to work with Nova and this will be my go-to for any celebration in the future🎉
