Caffè Concerto Cake Studio

The cakes are very DELICIOUS and EXQUISITE I must say and I love the fact that the salads are highly rich and beautified by it's ingredients. I have had the pastas, risotto and steaks WHICH for me are TREMENDOUS DELICACIES. For me it's a lovely place to be with no regrets and their foods are like an adventure to Italy. KEEP IT UP GUYS.

Absolutely amazing, very refined, quality ingredients. Can taste every ingredient of the cake. Sponge soft, fruit is fresh. I would suggest anyone ordering a cake please go down and order rather than phoning. So there are no mistakes. The lady I ordered the cake by was very helpful and attentive. Gave good advise and clarified the order and explained options of order in ingredients. As soon as you enter the factory you get smell of baking cakes. Keep up the good work. I as a customer just have a small tip for the owners or management if customers could sample a spoonful of different cakes. By doing this we as customers will be able to try other lovely flavours. I will recommend to family and friends for sure. Thank you caffe concerto you made our day!

You cannot fault the cake studio on any level! It's a shame the staff from Park Royal, are not sent out to the stores to train the staff in the branches!
My family and friends have eaten Caffe Concerto cakes and I now have them ordering from this brand as their cakes are delicious, tasty, the sponge melts in your mouth, longs gorgeous and great packaging/designed boxes and bags!

Great tasting cakes BUT ordered an 8-inch cake and received 6-inch which they replaced. I had also ordered another smaller piece of raspberry mousse, but I didn't think of checking it as I was too busy trying to get the 6-inch cake exchanged for the 8-inch that I had ordered and thought they wouldn’t have got the mousse wrong as well but how wrong I was. The raspberry mousse I did receive was deceiving from the image shown on the website as I had received a slice while the image shown on the website was a circular mousse and they may have even sent a completely different product. Disappointed with the customer service.

The service that was presented was top notch
The cake quality was beyond perfection

Just sharing my own personal experience with this people here at Caffè Concerto
I've ordered this morning a Selva Nera over the phone and when I got here they had a quite different cake ready for me, a Selva.
The gent. over the counter was very nice, asking me for a few min wait, he went and got it fixes in only about 10 min.
I'd definitely recommend them for friendly costumer approach and going the extra mile. Ok 👍🏼

SCAM WARNING! The cakes that they show on their website are actually stolen photos from small bakeries who can't compete with them. Its shameful that a big company like this steals photos from other people. I run a small wedding cake show room and my cousin warned me that they were using my photos without my permission (just photoshopped onto a new background). Shame on you Caffe Concerto. Scummy behaviour. Have contacted the Trading Standards Association and warned other bakers out there too.
