The cakes and treats at Sapphire Cake Co. are without question the best in Mildenhall, if not Suffolk! Each and every time my wife and I have visited we've never been disappointed - if I had to fault it on anything it would be that there's too much choice and EVERYTHING is so damn tasty! Definitely one of those places where one purchase simply isn't enough and you want to buy one (or two) of everything! Yasmin's customer service is superb - friendly and professional, and it's clear that her cakes, brownies and cookies are baked with love and passion. I challenge you to go there and not make a purchase - you won't be able to resist!

We’ve used Sapphire Cake co on many occasions. She’s made the most amazing birthday cakes for my young children and wife, always to specification, taste amazing and the attention to detail on my 2 year olds cake to include a tractor was exceptional.
The cake counter on a Saturday is amazing. So much choice and everything tastes amazing. Easily the best cake maker in Suffolk.

Yasmin the owner will do everything possible to make your celebration cake super special and listens to requests on what you would like but also helps come up with alternative designs to make it a little quirky ….. And don’t get me started on the Saturday counter!! Wow - what a selection and a queue out the door every weekend.

Sapphire cake company is amazing, she’s a very busy lady. Does a lot of cakes to order and as she’s a one man band, she only has time to open the shop to customers on a Saturday. We don’t buy cakes very often at all, but if we do we now wouldn’t go anywhere else. My mother in law adores the little cupcakes and the celebration cakes are amazing. If you’re planning a celebration cake make sure to allow plenty of time to arrange, they’re in high demand and rightly so.

Yasmin made such a beautiful birthday cake for my mums 60th. It was the talking point, and indeed the centre point of the entire evening. Everyone commented on how marvellous it looked, and then how lovey it tasted. Cannot wait for future events just so we have a good excuse to order more baked goods from this amazingly talented baker!

Despite telling me she was understandable incredibly busy I felt at no point was communication an issue, especially as dates had been organised and arranged prior and all communication was handled appropriately.

The most AMAZING cakes by the most loveliest lady! I love popping in on a Saturday to see what new bakes there are, they are so scrummy! I have used sapphire for cupcakes for birthdays and mother's day and I have always had the best service.
