Nirala Sweets Green Street

We purchased cake from Nirala green street and take to our family in aylesbury but once we open the box we found out fungus on strawberries. So no one eat due to fungus and cake was old . We came back and complain first they denied and once I show them the recipt they said it’s east ham though on receipts the complete address is written . They misbehave with us specially the Bangali girl who work their and she served me while I was purchasing the cake she totally refused that she served me and person with beard were shouting on me and my family .

Disrespectful behvaiour , cakes are with fungus and then customer service is really bad . They said do whatever you can do .

I will see if I can complain to food authorities .

I’m not entirely sure why they have such a low review score! I went yesterday, and I was greeted and served in a friendly manner.

Furthermore, the price at least for one of the items (jalebbi) was less than their competitor next to them.

Just giving credit where credit is due.

Poor customer service.
It seems like the women in there do people a favour by serving.
You ask for sauce and you get the answer saying only this time even though you buy food from them.
Very disappointed, better service in other Branches. Never will I go again

Really nirala sweet I brought kajukatri, kajuroll and motichur ladu. Really all test same. No any difference and inside like flour of wheat or plain flour. Stupid sweet. Please don't buy any things to there.

Poor customer services.

I wanted to buy a 5 small boxes of (250g) each which is over 1.25kg in total, the guy was serving, initially refused to gave separate boxes as he wanted me to buy each box of atleast 1/2kg in weight, which means I would have end up buying 2.50kg in total, after some negotiations, I have to offered him to charge me extra per box I reluctantly served me however I had to bought over 250g per box. He also remarked majority of customers buy big boxes, he unwittingly served me and unfortunately kept moaning, he also refused to put (jalabi) in the same box and stated you have to buy separately.. unexpected bad service.

The worst case I ever had. My husband purchases this cake from Green Street branch and it tasted awful, sour though it was a vanilla cake. It had bad odour as well. He brought it as a surprise for my birthday and we already cut it before we realised it wasn't fresh at all. I would have selected 0 star if it was possible.

This nirala store definitely much better than other branches, as it got more variety of sweets. The location is very convenient for customers as well. The quality and the options of goods are same. Enjoy!!

Once I ordered with deliveroo and the next time I picked up directly . I though it's bcoz of deliveroo it's too late so not good but even when I picked up they gave me stale and spoiled item especially the pastries are worst here
