Very positive experience at this branch. I had called ahead and was advised that they had cakes on the shelve which I could buy as I had forgotten to order in advance. Alina was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Cake Box and this branch.

Would Rate it 0 Star if I could but I'm being a bit nice today. So I decided to go in on a Saturday, to buy some cake It was the worst experience ever. there was a a long wait and there was 1 staff in the front going back and forth like mad. I waited for my cake for a while and no staff was helpful. there was a bunch of staff in the back giggling and laughing like mad while customers are waiting to be served. Not a good experience would rather bake a cake at home

Guy in the shop made a specialist pink rose cake on the spot , no quibbles , amazing customer service , super clean shop and tasted amazing . 5 ☆
