Emmie made a beautiful cake for my wife's 50th birthday, celebrating her love of singing and our beautiful greyhound Portia. It was a work of art, and I can testify that it tasted every bit as good a it looks.
Both our boys are nut allergic, Emmie reassured me that she could easily ensure everything was nut safe.
