We contacted Gail to see if she would be able to make a gluten free birthday cake (at fairly short notice) and we were so impressed! Gail was really helpful in advising on best flavours for a gluten free cake and helped finalise the design after we shared details of the kind of cake we wanted. The cake was absolutely beautiful and was so delicious - no one could believe it was gluten free! I would highly recommend!

We had a 60th birthday cake for my mum and it was amazing!
From the moment I contacted Gail she was very helpful and responsive to emails. Living over 2 hours away but staying in the local area for the weekend of my mums birthday this made the process stress free.
Gail even dropped the cake off to where we were staying before we arrived to make the process even easier.
The cake was delicious and everyone commented how nice it was. The attention to detail was second to none.
I only wish I lived closer so I could get all our celebration cakes from here!

Gail was an absolute star when it came to organising cakes for my mother in laws 90th and stepdaughters 40th. She was so helpful, friendly and professional. Especially when deciding on the theme of the 50th. The cakes went down a storm with our guests and more importantly the birthday girls. Can't recommend Gail highly enough. The lettering on the Scottish cake got moved in transit 🤣 x
